What is the difference between a full and limited Power of Attorney (PoA)?

A full Power of Attorney (PoA) gives the PoA holder authorisation to perform cash transfers from the trading account to the beneficiary bank account in the account holder’s name. Both the account holder and PoA holder can instruct withdrawals via the Cash Withdrawal module in the trading platform.

A limited PoA allows the PoA holder to access the trading account and perform trades, but does not allow the holder to perform withdrawals.

Please contact your account representative for more information regarding the set up of PoAs.

The different account forms can be found on the Saxo Bank website here.
